STOP: When to Put the Brakes on Prenatal Exercise

Make yourself familiar with these important signs that may be telling you something is wrong. If you experience any of the following, see your Doctor immediately:

  • Vaginal bleeding
  • Intense pelvic pressure
  • Dizziness or lightheadedness
  • Ruptured Membranes
  • Unusual shortness of breath
  • Racing heartbeat or chest pain
  • Contractions
  • Fluid leaking from your vagina
  • Spotting or bleeding (unless previously cleared by physician)
  • Uterine contractions
  • High blood pressure
